How to set up email on Android Phone

How to set up POP3 email on an Android phone.

Click Settings then Add Account on your Android Phone

Choose add “Other”

Click Manual Setup

Select type of account: POP3

The username is your email address and enter the password for your email address

Server is mail.YourDomainName i.e. mail.iccmwebsite.com (you can also use host.iccmhosting.com)

(Recommended) Security Type: if you have added a SSL security cert on your account choose either: Secure – Port: 995 Security Type: SSL/TLS

you can add an SSL cert to your account here: http://www.iccmhosting.ie/pages/ssl.php

(Not Recommended) if you do not have a SSL security cert then you will need to select Insecure – Port: 26 and Security Type: None

Click Next

outgoing SMTP mail server is mail.YourDomainName i.e. mail.iccmwebsite.com (you can also use host.iccmhosting.com)

Secure Port: 465 (if you have a SSL Cert) & choose Security Type: SSL/TLS

Port 25 if you do not have a SSL Cert & choose Security Type: none

Click Next

Choose your Account Settings

Click Next your email will be tested and successfully added
